Cancellation :
A Cancellation Request may be submitted either by phone through our Hotline 9126 8310 or Sales Email at marketing@odetteglobal.com before delivery arrangement is confirmed with the purchaser. Once a delivery arrangement has been made, no cancellation is allowed.

Return Policy :
All returned products must be in the original packaging (including Odette barcodes), unopened and unused. We are at liberty to refuse a return if the product is unpacked, damaged and / or used.
