• Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster.
• Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents.
• Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
• Normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains.
• Broken glass jar / accessories.

Yes, all of Odette’s products are registered under Singapore Safety Mark.

For any self-pick up request please do contact us beforehand. Thus, we are unable to fulfill pickup request if parcel has been received by the courier service.

For all the Odette products, user guide will be included in the package.
